2.0 out of 5 stars Not the Best, 3 Mar 2010
By Walter J. Hill - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Lathes and Turning Techniques (Best of "Fine Woodworking") (Paperback)
Most of the information is advanced techniques, many of the pictures are unsupported by captions. I am disappointed with this book, I'll be looking for another book.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Nice Collection, 22 Jun 2010
By J. Crivelli "SOLTC" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Lathes and Turning Techniques (Best of "Fine Woodworking") (Paperback)
This is a very nice collection of articles from Fine Woodworking.
You won't sit down and read the whole book at once. You'll read those articles that are of immediate interest, and you'll read the others as needed.

By Lorna R. Schutz "Dog woman" - Published on Amazon.com

We have purchased other Lathe books but this one helped our 14 year old and his parents fine-tune their lathe skills. Great choice.
