4.0 out of 5 stars Worth a go! 14 May 2003
Format:Audio CD
Following Lisa's makeover it was good to see her on form at a signing in Chester about an hour ago.
She's looking great, sounding like a cross between the Minogue sisters and showing that there is life after Steps.
A nice enough dance choon (The remixes are the true highlights), but it would have been nice to hear another track or two alongide it.
Good luck!

5.0 out of 5 stars lisa steps out 10 May 2003
Format:Audio CD
lisa is back and sexy as ever with her first single lately.a brilliant, self written song which will have you dancing along,a real dance/pop song with the words "lately somethings coming over me baby, this feeling really drives me crazy,no one turns me on like you do when im with you it seems so lately". this song will do well and lisa will go far.

This track is pure dance brilliance. Also yes it sounds like something the Minouge sisters would do. It prooves that Lisa is a great vocalist. and that some ex-steppers can make great tracks. So get ready because the Lisa phenomenom has just started!

5.0 out of 5 stars Lisa Is Back!!!!!! 2 May 2003
Format:Audio CD
'Lately' was written by Lisa and will surely set the charts alive. 'Lately' has already topped the Club & Dance Charts.
'Lately' is a dance tune and will probably gain her more fans as well has keeping her Steps fans. The video (which is included on the CD) is well worth a look.
I have heard a couple of the remixes taken from this CD and they are brillaint!!
This single will be a good buy!!!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Lisa Scott-Lee "Lately" 7 Sep 2003
By A Customer
Format:Audio CD
Lately is an uptempo disco dance tune, with a little extra flavor that makes you get up and dance. I think the mixes can get a bit boring, and i still reccomend the original mix the most. The Stella Browne remix is a bit techno and dragging, and it has lack of "enjoyability". The Soda Club radio mix is more like it, with a very nice heavy dance background, and a shorter version of a mix which i prefer. The 56k mix is just a tad longer than that of the Soda Club mix, like the Stella Browne mix, but it has a better backbeat and i enjoy it. The video is also stunning. This is a great debut from the ex-Stepper. I reccomend you buy this and the new one 'Too Far Gone' which is even better!

5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Outstanding!! 20 July 2003
Format:Audio CD
Here is Lisa Scott Lee emerging from the shadows where she had retreated to after the demise of Steps. Ultimately, Lisa was the firm favourite of many fans of Steps and her attempt to go solo hasn't surprised many fans in the slightest. This song is quite far from the Steps sound but not enough to alienate Lisa from the faithful and loyal Steps fans. This is an amazing track from a very gifted performer and songwriter!! She has written songs for Steps for a few years and took a hand in co-writing this amazing tune as well. It simply is outstanding and worth buying!! Keep your ears peeled for more amazing material from this amazing woman!!
