Great product, pretty tough, quite easy to carry and very easy to set up. It works well hand held using a hot shoe extender. Being light, your arm will not get too tired :)

Have only used this with cable so far, yet to get another flash so can use it with a slave.
Have had compliments for the portraits I have shot with it.
Still a learning curve as to when to use one or two of the diffusing sheets.
They do good online tutorial videos as well.

People,
don't buy the cheap Chinese stuff or alternative branding (like I did at first)... get the real deal! This soft box is amazing, light is very well diffused by it's two diffusion layers and overall quality of construction is very nice. Best of all are the photography results.
