This film was made on the cheap in fact the only have 3 sets for the whole film. This is your typical Don Wilson film. Even though Katee Sackhoff is on the front and with her name in big writing at the top it is Don's films; hence it inherits the flaws of his other films. For someone who claims to be an action hero he does not do many action scenes. Having said that this is one of his better films.

The story is a film starts with a nuclear explosion, which make no sense because the battle is against cyborge police force gone bad called Drones (people in PVC amour). Don's character is an Electronically Enhanced (EE) soldier an earlier incarnation of the Drones. His unit (EE 700) was the last to engage the Drones, and he is the last survivor. For 10 year he has hidden enemy territory surviving by not engaging the enemy. Then Sackhoff a rebel with no formal military training comes into his life and his first link to the outside world. He decides to help her complete her mission take out as many Drones as he can.

Not too bad for a low budget sci-fi film. The main saving grace for me was the corneal I quite like his sermons about war. This is the bad kind of movie that made me laugh rather than cry.

1.0 out of 5 stars Bad post-apocalyptic action 2 Dec 2009
Don Wilson plays an "electronically enhanced" soldier fighting evil police drones in a post-apocalyptic future. But most of the time is spent with him walking around not doing much at all. Writer-director Jesse Johnson did not do a good job either as a writer or director. The script lacks direction and focus and the movie looks cheap. This could have been excused if the movie had been fun, but it's not. Not recommended.

1.0 out of 5 stars The worst film I've ever seen 4 April 2014
Format:Amazon Instant Video
Was the director 12? I mean 12 years old. Truly, truly a waste of all of our time. I commend the owners of Amazon to remove this film from their collection.

3.0 out of 5 stars Android shoot em up 3 Mar 2014

harmless mindless fun.
Really stars Don Wilson and Katy Sackhoff
Despite that barely gets above average.
Personally felt the best performance is given by 'Angel' who is the least wooden of all the cast :)

2.0 out of 5 stars a poor effort at film making 11 Nov 2010
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
oh dear where do i start, katee sackhoff is totaly wasted in this film, having turned an enjoyable performace as the much loved starbuck in battlestar, she is reduced to a very pale shadow of her toughbabe image for this cheap made production, the male lead is a somewhat wooden character who saves our heroine form the certain death of a robot police force who look more like extras in motorbike helmets, and together they take on the helmeted baddies.the entire film looks to have been shot at some sort of factory and with the exeption of our heros hideout in some library type building in a film set town, all the action takes place there, which does get a little tireing towards the end.this is a turkey royale, and katee sackhoff should get in her viper and get as far away from this film dross as fast as possible.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst film I've ever watched 24 Nov 2010
I must admit that I agree with most of the negative reviews that have been put up already. This film is terrible and that is despite it having some very good actors in it. The story isn't anything that hasn't been done better by other films, the acting is wooden and not even a glimpse of katee sackhoff's breast from the side could redeem this film in any way. I hope that the director of this never does anymore films as I don't want to suffer watching anymore bad films. Uwe boll's stuff was bad but this is worse. Great idea but done badly and by actors who obviously will have second thoughts about working with such a director or story ever again. Avoid like the plague as there are better low budget films like this out there.

An extremely bad movie. Added more comic value than anything as it is so bad. Starbuck should have done better :)

3.0 out of 5 stars not a bad attempt but...... 15 Nov 2010
Format:DVD|Verified Purchase
well, this movie looked good from the synopsis but ....... what happened?

the actors were miscast, the story line plausable, the acting questionable, but the effects????

Im sorry but black PVC armour with hockey masks, an evil future army they dont make.

not bad for a laugh but if you are lookign for a good sci-fi B movie maybe best lookign elsewhere
