Yet another frustrating guide from Brady games. A game so complex as The Last Remnant should have needed a very detailed and comprehensive guide. Instead, it's basically a sort of "index" of objects, weapons and such, without the most important datas, such as telling you where to get them and so on. The DLC sections are not even covered, there are no hints on strategy whatsoever... A real failure, and it's not the first time for the Bradygames guides.

This guide works best to dip in and out of. The full list of side missions is useful as some of them can be quite complicated to access. The maps of each area along with all the treasure locations are clear but some sort of guidance on which leaders to pick/which formations to use would have been more useful. Some tips are tucked away in the main body of the walkthough text but a seperate section of hints and tips would have been better. Also some sort of guidance as to what level the characters need to be at each section of the game would be useful (check out the Final Fantasy XII guide to see how this is done properly).

This guide has everything, easy to follow walkthrough to an indepth weapon guide, to where you can find items for upgrades etc, allowing you to get the very best and most from a great game!
