The buggyboard MAXI is the very latest buggyboard and so far only available in Black- how can you tell the difference between this and last years model?? It has silver coloured wheels, a better hook and strap and all new connectors that are even easier to use than those of the 3G. Our latest ?third generation' BuggyBoard, the BuggyBoard 3G MAXI has an advanced new Easy-fit connection system so it is easy to fit to almost all single and double buggies, 3-wheelers, travel systems, prams and pushchairs. The connectors will adjust to fit any size or shape of tubing and all the attachment mechanisms are coloured red, so you can easily see which parts to adjust - and no tools are needed. More state-of-the-art features include an outstanding new suspension system to give your child an even smoother ride; side reflectors for night-time visibility; and bigger wheels to give extra clearance for mum's feet! There's also an enlarged anti-slip platform with new side protectors, and an improved ?hang-up? arrangement so the board can be hooked up out of the way when your child wants to walk. Most prams and pushchairs with uprights 30-51cms apart. Connectors can face in or out from the buggy. Note space is needed for the child to stand between the back of the pram/pushchair and the handle. Improved connectors, wheels and the hook and strap. The new cotter pins and connectors make the buggyboard much easier to attach and detach from your pushchair.

What a great idea and product, takes the hassle out of the elder child wanting to be carried when they become tired miles from home.......this was all found out once i'd worked out how to fit it!! A word of warning.....if like us you have a Mclaren Techno XT, the way the picture on the box shows fitting to the frame makes it totally impractical. It can't be fitted just above the folding mechanism because the chair then won't fold and it can't be fitted just below it because then the board cannot be folded up while temporarily not being used.
I found the best way to fit it is literally just above the rear wheels with the connecting points facing towards the front wheels. Then folding both the chair away and folding the board up when not in use can both be done with ease!! Don't follow the box as is totally misleading and even uses the mclaren chair as the example!

Lascal NEW MAXI Buggyboard Black
I bought this buggy board to attach to my bugaboo cameleon as i had heard unfavorable reports about the bugaboo board. It is brilliant my 3 year old thinks it is great and my 6 month old finds it hilarious that his brother is right there for his own personal entertainment

Whoever thought these up is a genius. The quality of this buggyboard is exceptional. Its very sturdy and can fold up against your pushchair when you dont need to use it. You can keep an eye on your older child while pushing your baby. Brilliant. No more tired tantrums and you dont have to get the double pushchair out everytime you want to pop to the shops.
The only drawbacks are the price but I suppose you do get what you pay for (and this is a very good quality piece of kit)and the facxt that you have to lean over it and you child to reach the handles of you pushchair which is a little awkward but you get used to it. All in all a great buy.
