It's a guide to know French regional cuisine. It shows you the several regions with its specialities and then the recipes. It's very accurate and includes the overseas territories, such as Guadaloupe, Martinique, Guyanes and Reunion island. Lots of photos (dishes, sceneries). Essential for all French cuisine lovers. Highly recommended.
