It was really prompt delivery. Was very impressed by how quickly I received the product. The product is a bit smaller than I expected. Thought it would make 4 cups of tea, but makes 3 in reality but this would depend on the size of mugs I guess. Happy with the service received. Great tea pot for a patriotic friend

I received the teapot quickly and it was packed very well. I haven't used it because it was a gift for someone, so I don't know how well it pours, however, the recipient was very pleased. The only negative I thought, was that it wasn't as large as I expected; I would say it would only hold 3-4 cups.
