When the roasting dish arrived I thought that it was smaller than I anticipated. However you can roast 2 fairly large chickens in it with vegetables etc in it. It is light and extremely easy to clean after use with washing up liquid and hot water without any scrubbing. Overall I would reccomend buying one.
