A great landslide review 19 Dec 2000

Format:Paperback

Written in easy to understand language and using an extensive range of examples, this is an excellent text book for landslide investigation and engineering geology. The book is written for an American market however and some references may be difficult to chase up in other parts of the world.

The slippery slope of landslides 15 July 2004

As an Engineering Geologist this book is an invaluable resource. As the title implies it covers all aspects of landslides from investigation to mitigation as well as current terminology and some insightful case studies.This is a well written book with a good selection of diagrams to support and enhance the text. A must as a reference book for those working or studying in the field of Engineering Geology.
