My husband bought this for me for Christmas, I've really enjoyed the photographs, the information on each is informative for the enthusiastic photographer, but for me the wonderful scenery was enhanced by the colourful cyclists. Everyone who has seen it has been as impressed with the photos as I have.

Fantastic collection of competetive cycling images from around the World by Graham Watson.
Even for non-cyclists the scenery is spectacular and a great book for the coffee table.

This is a nice coffee table book chock full of beautiful photographic plates, which like the title states, are of landscapes. Granted the landscapes include cyclists, but don't be mistaken. This is more of a photographers book than a cyclist's book. If you are expecting detailed descriptions of the races, riders, and results you will be disappointed. Rather, the photos are accompanied by detailed descriptions of cameras and lenses used and the efforts taken to obtain each shot. Nonetheless, I'm pleased with the purchase (bought used at a significant discount). I'm no photographer, but as someone who's spent years cycling in Europe this book brings back fond memories as it contains many photographs of peletons rolling through some of the most beautiful scenery Italy, France and other countries have to offer.
