4.0 out of 5 stars Landscape Architects Pocket Book 15 Sep 2010
Format:Paperback
Excellent initial reference to set you on the right track but doesn't go into sufficient depth to stand alone - you will need to have an awareness of other references, where to go for up to date information and preferably work in a professional environment to gain perspective from your peers.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Useful Gem 8 Jun 2010
Format:Paperback
I am already finding this book useful and I've only had it for a couple of weeks. I am a garden designer and horticulturist and there are plenty of invaluable facts and figures, legalities and data for someone in my trade. From green roofs to parking spaces, from the weight of snow to the properties of stainless steel. Pretty comprehensive for a book of it's size.
