I bought this in preparation for doing LEJOG in September 2010. I can't recommend it highly enough, I even copied their journey pretty much to the letter as I wanted to do it in a similarly quick time. This is really well done and not some dodgy home movie. The lads give some great advice on the route thanks to the CTC, along with some really helpful additional interviews with a dietician and physio. This really helped me prepare for my journey and I will recommend this to all I know who fancy doing the journey in the future.

I bought this DVD based on the positive reviews and I've not been disappointed. It's very professionally produced and covers all the key aspects of diet, training, what to take, route choice, bike choice and admin. It's thought provoking and has definitely influenced my thinking on a number of the key choices. The high degree of planning and preparation by Simon and Trevor is really evident and just as inspirational as the rewards of the ride. Great stuff!

We bought this in advance of our own LEJOG attempt, it was quite useful in making us think of the different elements of preparation for the trip, i thought some of the stuff on diet and exercise was a bit longwinded, but the route planning parts were useful. I must say they made the whole thing look very easy and when we did our trip we wouldnt have had the energy to film video diaries en route. Watched it again afterwards just to say "ooh thats the way we went". Well worth a watch if you are planning to do LEJOG.

Excellent dvd
This is an ideal dvd for anyone wanting to do LEJOG but were not sure whether they are capable of it. I'm hoping to do LEJOG in Sept 2010. Well done Simon and Trevor.
