I am currently a 2nd Year LLB student and land law is not my strongest subject. The task of finding a good book to supplement your main text can be very tedious especially so when there are so many options in the market.
Having seen Land Law Directions and comparing it with others such as Q&A and Law Express, I decided that this was the one.
The book provides sufficient coverage of all sections of Land Law, getting right into the thick of things and explaining each point clearly. It provides excerpts of highlighted cases and even suggestions for further reading if you would like further insight into certain sections. The book is clearly marked and the diagrams and charts provided in the book to illustrate points are very helpful to clear any confusion.
If there are any books that would provide the foundation of the law and clearly show the sections with illustration, explanations and even highlighted legal authority, this is the book to get.
P.S: The colours do help too!
