A captivating follow up of a family story .,

This was a book that I just did not want to put down. I had to find out what happened to the "Lanchashire Lass" and Her family. A really good read that had Me in tears more than once due to laughter in bits and sympathy for the characters in others. Please keep these books coming. Anna Jacobs captures the very heart of a story and takes the reader to that location. I didn't want to put this book down.

I enjoyed this book like the previous, but did find it about 100 pages too long, all the commings and goings towards the end wore me out, and predictable as well. But it will not stop me reading Anna Jacob's books
