I own this pen in blue rather than this colour so I cannot review the colour.
I can however review the quality, nib, ink flow, general usage.
This pen is a cheap (yes £13 is not expensive for a quality pen) and cheerful school pen. It uses Lamy cartridges only (which are more expensive than generic ones) no other cartridges fit properly so dont try it. The pen can take a lamy converter (not sure which one, there are several models so check compatability before buying one)and then bottled ink can be used, which works out cheaper than cartridges. Ink can be bought on amazon or from WHSmiths to name two places. When using bottled ink you dont have to stick to Lamy, though Lamy are good inks.
The big but is ....the shape of the grip on this pen may cause issues for some people, especially if they have only ever written with a ballpoint pen and have developed a really really firm "death grip". When using a fountain pen you do not need pressure, the weight of the pen is enough of the page to make it write well, so relax that hand and use the grip and you will improve your penmanship. You can learn to use this grip but discomfort until you learn to use it may occur.
I have used both the Fine and Medium nib and both are delightful, these same nibs feature on pens 4 x the cost! This a great quality pen and a steal at the price. It would make a perfect first fountain pen and I believe it to be far superior to any offerings at around the same price by other manufacturers.
The pen has an odd design, it is distinctive yet pretty awesome and the clip is very heavy duty.
