My 5 month baby loves this book. I read it over and over to him and am rewarded with big smiles. ( i did think the farm sounds would come from the book however, you have to make them yourself :) A good buy.

great for my baby, she loves it. Shue s starting to know animals and its sounds, and this book its perfect. Beautiful drawings, simple and easy to understand. Lamaze has grat tools for parents and babies.
I have purchased this for my son, it's a lovely book, very colourful and strong, which is important when you think that it will be handled by babies/young children. I haven't used it much yet, as it was bought over Christmas and my baby was a bit too young then, but now he's 5 months old so I'm planning to start reading it out to him.
As the other reviewers point out don't buy this if you're looking for a musical book, this is not what it does! It has pictures of different animals with their noises written down and you have to do them yourself, although it's good to show your baby the pictures of the animals you're imitating!
