A very enjoyable book which at first is a little confusing. It appears to have been written after Black Trillium but before Julian Mays Blood and Sky Trilliums which means some parts contradict each other. If you can ignore that its just like a parallel universe of the Trillium. Great Fun.

If you only read one of the Trillium series read this one. The plot is gripping and the characters are alive with spirit. This book will then ease you into the other Trillium books without the hard slog of getting to know Haramis.
