my son bought me these for christmas. I would have returned if the packaging had been present, all of it had been removed and they had been wrapped for christmas morning. I did not have the heart to complain to him. there was no mention of ugg anywhere,the lining in one boot not just torn, but a large part was missing. all round extremely poor quality.it would appear that they had been sold previously and returned.
