I purchased this item it came within 2days of ordering,i ordered a size 12 it was to big,so i sent the company an email asking when would they be getting size 10 back instock as it showed online out of stock,they replied within a few hours informing me they had some instock.so i sent the jacket back and they sent me the size10 within 4 days.Fantastic customer srevice i would recommend Bodyline clothing to anyone. Good value for money. Fitted well. Daughter loves it. Size just right. Ok for cold weather but would need extra layers for freezing weather.
