thermal alright but uncomfortable. 22 Jan 2011

These socks are really warm and quite a good leg length.
But I found them unconforable on my feet as the wool is quite hard/ridget and the grooves in the knit pattern dug into my skin. Not soft enough for my feet.

I bought these socks for insulation on my feet for snowboarding. My feet have bad circulation and are very hard to keep happy in the cold.
I bought these socks and have used them as a bottom layer with other fluffy socks over the top. They keep my feet very snug and dont make me sweat, which is my main problem when I stop moving. I will be buying more as 3 isn't enough I love them so much I want one for every day.

one pair went into a massive hole !!!!! after one wash 5 Jan 2011

I was very dissapointed with this purchase as one of the pairs of socks went into holes after just one wash it was as if moths had eaten into it ! the other two pairs are OK but not very good they are uncomfortable certainly do not feel very wooly !!!they seem to feel very cheap.
