Buying the product for fraction of the shop price, I thought that i was getting a bargain. It was purchased for my better half who has been using it for a few years now. You can imagine my surprise and embarassment when she got and told me straight away that it was a fake. The smell was ever so slightly different, only noticeable by someone who uses it every day. On further inspection and comparison with existing shop bought bottle, perfume color darker, bottle cap wrong, the lacoste logo on the bottle wrong but the rest quite a good reproduction. Good fake some will say, nevertheless fake. If some too good to be true, generally is. then, you dont expect that from Amazon!!

Have purchased this perfume previously from another retailer. Could not believe the asking price, wondered if it was the genuine article. I am delighted with my purchase.
