Hello. This is one of the best desktop wireless sets I have ever had. It really is great.
Firstly, the keyboard. The keys are responsive, and are standard size, but not cramped. It is only 16" wide (40.5 cm). Which is about the same size as a 17" laptop. Also included is the laptop style arrow keys. Which is really great. Secondly, the mouse. Really is wireless, very responsive with the hand movements and the mouse buttons is well made and really responsive. thirdly, the USB dongle. About the same size as a USB memory stick, which is really well madeand blends in, it is only small! (This is actually smaller then my USB memoory stick.) I love this product. Keep it up Labtec!!! Highly Reccommended.

Works great and is really nice to type on. The mouse was a bit temperamental sometimes, but I moved the receiver closer and it has been fine since.

The quality of the actual keyboard and mouse in this set is acceptable for the money and it was set up and ready to use easily but the fatal flaw is the range of the devices. They would only work reliably when within 3ft of the receiver and no response at all from about 4ft away. This is less than most cabled keyboards and mice so it's hard to see the point.
I brought this set for use with a Playstation 3 so it was particularly bad when used in this context; xbox 360, wii and media centre pc users need not apply also. If this will work for you on your desk you might as well buy a normal wired set, save on batteries and missed keypresses.
