Not the quietest, but that may be just because I was so used to a really silent previous power supply! Has worked fine, no quibbles with this psu, and with 700W of power it can handle most of what you throw at it.
I got one of these from my local PC store (aGeek) for £30 as I was building a new gaming computer and just needed a new PSU, 3 months later its blown out, turns out it can't handle new game titles such as Alan Wake and Battlefield 3 for more than 20 minutes on the lowest setting but its not bad for playing older games such as World of Warcraft and The Witcher.
Id recommend for casual gamers or casual users but not for high end gaming.

This is just a great product for the price, fully modular with a good amount of cables too choose from. Suits your needs .The fan make a slight noise but who cares for the price .A very Quick Delivery time. Well impressed.no problems had it for a few months now.
