Amazon Verified Purchase
This product is exactly as advertised and available at an awesome price. It enables you to listen to your mp3 player without the wire from the earphones getting in the way and damaged. It also means that if you have to dump your mp3 in your bag quickly the wire doesn't get all tangled up and when you have finished using the player you dont need to spend ages wrapping the wire round something which usually breaks it!
Its only downside I would say is that it isnt rigid plastic and is a little bendy however it is lightweight and the material feels good quality.
All in all a good buy.

I've been using elastic bands and small bull-dog clips to secure the excess cable on my ear-phones neither of which are ideal, so this simple and cheap cable manager was worth a try. At first I tried wrapping the cable round and round lengthwise pushing the cable into the top and bottom slots at each turn: but the slots are not deep enough and the last parts of the cable to go in tend to pop out again. I see from the illustration that it is recommended to wrap most of the cable round the 'waist' of the device and only secure the free ends in the slots. Certainly that method works fine. Being made of silicon makes the device very light-weight and flexible. I've used it with my iPhone when out hill-walking and found it very convenient to have my phone, with most of its cable wrapped round the device, in a shirt pocket without any noticeable increase in weight. It had the added the advantage that the silicon plug tended to hold my phone more securely in place.
I've also bought the Belkin iPOD EARBUD CLIP * CBL MNGMNT; BLACK and tried it out on a hill-walk with my iPhone. On balance the Belkin is more effective: it uses a silicon casing that folds over the wound-up cable and holds it securing in place. Integral to the capsule is a clip that holds the ensemble in place. The Lupo Smartwrap's advantages are lightness and simplicity.

This silicon Earphone Cable wrap does what it says.
Its not very hardcore and i can see it ripping, nonetheless perfect for my usage.
the only problems I have with it are as follows:
* Gets dirty really easily and needs constant cleaning.
* Depending on your cable size of your headphones, it can be too short which requires double wrapping and then not being able to get to the end of the Cable wrap to finish the process.
Things I really like about it are:
* Its small enough to fit in your pocket, but big enough to maneuver.
* It does what it says it does it keeps your cables tidy.

I use these on a pair of earbuds and it does a nice job of tidying the cable away. No surprises there, then.

Useless
This product is useless. It lasted about a week until the plastic hooks began to lose their strength and the cable just fell out freely. The Niteiz version is much better.

Flimsy & worthless
I ignored the negative reviews. The product is too flimsy, the slots too big and are not strong enough to hold the wires in place. Entirely inadequate.

Not suitable - cable unravels all the time

Lupo Cable wrap
This item appears to be made of silicone, and therefore is very flexible and holds the cables effectively. I purchased 2 in order to tidy the cables on my phone chargers.
