Not a bad little desk fan - I got a bit misled by the 360 degree rotation, dunno why but I thought it would oscillate but it doesn't, you can manually turn it 360, just like any fan, not really worth adding it to the product description.
Lead was just long enough to reach my pc under the desk, as with a lot of these usb fans a longer lead would help those of us not using laptops!
Saying that it didn't cost a lot, it moves the air about ( not a gale but you can still feel it from 50ish cm away), and its very quiet, so hasn't annoyed my colleagues.

This little fan sits neatly on my desk at work, can be angled to just where I want the small breeze (enough to cool, but not so much as to blow papers about) and even better it is really quiet - just what I needed!
Please with this fan. Not too powerful which is good, as it does not blow the papers off our desk. And does not make too much noise. So am please at the moment
