I bought this as a personal fan for the office. Although there are other, larger fans blowing about I thought that a small constant breeze would maybe make things a little better. I didn't expect much.
For £4 I thought "why not try it, if its rubbish im only down £4"
I was right, its rubbish.
I had the USB fan on for about 2 hours and then the motor burnt out (masking tap around the terminals...well done...)
Nothing against Gizmo-deals as a company, their service was brilliant, arrived on time and in the condition expected, so well done them.
I'd recommend buying a roll of tape and a battery powered handheld fan, and then just taping it to the side of your desktop base unit.
Alternatively you could lasso a dozen flies or so and tie them to your desk. Then you will be cooled as the breeze from their wings gently wafts across your face. It would also be quite the conversation piece.

This fan is lightweight and better than nothing if you're hot and on the move with a laptop. But it has to be fairly close to your face to be noticeable as it does not produce much airflow. If you're office-based, buy the Veho Desktop Fan instead - it is well worth the extra money as it gives decent airflow and can be powered by USB or 4xAA batteries.

Very prompt delivery by Gizmo - and this fan does what it says on the tin. It's blades are flexible but not flimsy lightweight plastic. You get a decent draught off the blades and it's really not that noisy. By their design all fans will have a whirring drone sound? Anyway it connects to PC with no issues - I don't find it drains power but I'm usually working on a powered laptop rather than battery. The stem is metal flexi rod such as you got with desk lamps 20 years ago - you just simply flex into a shape that you require for best angle and height - it holds no problems for a full day at the desk.
Really can't complain for the price. Value buy.

useless...

Lupo Mini USB Fan
This was for a friend who was suffering severe hot flushes. It worked a treat for about a week and then stopped working, very diappointed. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Good for Hot Offices.
