Product Description
Static-Free Wrist Strap Lightweight, flexible and comfortable to wear, this adjustable 1" wide polyethylene wrist strap has removable 6' ground cord with built-in one megaohm resister. Includes banana clip with removable alligator clip to allow secure and easy attachment to any grounding object.
Instructions

Place the wristband of the anti-static wrist strap around your bare wrist.

Secure the wristband so that the metal plate on the inside of the band is firmly pressed against the underside of your arm. The metal plate should have as much contact with your skin as possible, so place it in the spot where you have the least amount of hair.

Connect the strap to the wristband. The strap and wristband usually connect via a simple snap mechanism.

Clip the alligator clip on the end of the strap onto an anti-static mat or any bare metal surface that is touching the ground (e.g., the computer case).

Amazon Verified Purchase
Used this for my first build. Everything worked at first power up so the strap did it's job well. I have upgraded computers in the past without static protection (with my heart in my mouth) but with the new build I wasn't prepared to take the risk. Three pound is nothing compared to several hundred pound.

I thought I'd write a review to help anyone wondering if the strap will fit a small wrist, as it needs to be worn tightly.
I can confirm the strap is easily adjustable and fitted my 15cm (approx.) wrist. It also fitted my husband (average male/large wrist) without a problem.
The product is of decent quality and it seems it's done its job because nothing was damaged during the building of my new pc.

The LUPO anti-static wrist strap is exactly what it says. The wrist strap is adjustable, comes with a curly cord and a crocodile clip for attaching it to what you are working on; for example a PC's metal case. Certainly with the very expensive video cards and other cards going into PC's, it is well worth the cost to protect them. Cheap and cheerful, but does the job.
