First of all, this light is BRIGHT! It's got four settings - high, medium, low and flash. The low is plenty bright enough for riding in traffic, when you're mainly interested in being seen. On unlit roads, it's easy to move up a notch or two whereby you can see everything that's coming your way.
It's fairly floody, but that's exactly what I wanted. If you're looking for something that will light up the trails for the next couple of miles this might not be the best light for you...but then I'm not a mountain biker.
The barcket is easy enough to fit on your bars. There's a screwdriver slot on thumbwheel that controls the swivel of the light - I had to tighten mine on the first ride, but it's been fine since. Unlike some of the other versions of this unit that you can get online, this one has it's cable coming out of the back...much tidier in my opinion than the ones that come out of the front.
Delivery was very quick, and any questions that I had before buying were answered quickly and thoroughly. I'm impressed!
