This tennis elbow support has worked for me. It was difficult to find one small enough for a female arm. This one was and I think it helped although it's difficult to know if my arm has got better with time or with the use of the support.

Tried other conventional compression supports to help with my Tennis/ Arthritic Elbow but found the support they gave very short term. Have also tried steroid injections with no success and advised only real course left is to operate. So what's to lose by trying a new type of support? Position the support 'triangle' correctly and it works well, giving much better support and relief from pain whilst playing badminton. And being a lot less material does not get as hot or as uncomfortable. I have also started to use Glucosamine Gel every night on my elbow and I believe the combination of the support & the gel is for the first time in years, I can honestly say the pain is reducing! The strap can be a bit fiddly to put on but if you fasten the first velcro link to make a hoop and slide up you arm (material is stretchy) it makes it a lot easier to attach 2nd velcro & buckle. I've given it only 4stars because I live in hope & reserve the 5 stars for the product that will cure my elbow! (I wish)

Suffered from golfers elbow when Kettlebell training & this support has performed well alleviating the pain & inflammation. Good buy....

Golf elbow

elbow pain relief
i suffer on and off with 'tennis elbow' although i don't play. this product does what it says and eases the pain and it's not too bulky although you can't wear it under a sweater.
