I really like this product it's small but packs alot. I keep it plugged into my laptop all the time there is no need to remove it cause it's so small. It has a good range and connects up with most (if not every) Bluetooth devices. For Notebooks and Laptops that don't have built in Bluetooth I recommend this you won't be disappointed

Easy to use to download photos/ info to/ from mobile to PC or laptop - also unobtrusive - I leave plugged in to the computers all the time execellent value
Couldn't get it to work under W7 - despite the blurb claiming it works with W7.
The supplied software takes ages to load (half a dozen Windows warnings) and then fails (can't find driver). Downloading the W7 version from their website fails as it claims the dongle can't be detected (despite Control Panel telling me it works OK and both my phones detecting it!!).
Also dongle is a VERY tight fit in the USB slot - difficult to push in, VERY difficult to pull out again.
I have wasted hours of my very valuable time faffing about trying to get this rubbish to work. Something like this should be plug and play on W7, it's unbelievable that people can get away with supplying something so useless.
I have returned it. I just hope they are better at refunding than they are at making/selling Bluetooth devices.
