The cable certainly looks the part... but on close examination these are unbranded low cost 'clone' XLR connectors, not Neutrik, Rean or similar quality, and the cable itself, though fairly heavy-duty looking, is only of average grade. In short, an OK, average cable but if you really want something that will last, look elsewhere.
I bought two of these leads and used them for a few gigs. Up to now I'm very happy with them as they've got an excellent build quality and I've had no problems with sound.
They seem to be more resilient than the leads currently used by the band, but only time will tell!
