What a complete waste of money this item was thought of sending it back! Ok for those of you under 5'2" who like dancing while ironing as this moves around the floor as you iron. Would I recommend NO..... quality 'it aint' I think I will be parting company from it as soon as I have the time to buy another. This is the first item I have bought from Amazon that I can genuinely say is rubbish.

very lightweight, that was what I wanted. Would have liked it to be higher but I knew it was going to be low, you can sit and iron. The main thing I wanted was it to be light weight and easy folding, that's what I got. Completely satisfied

Other reviews were unfavourable, but I bought this ironing board because my mother has arthritis in her hands and couldn't cope with her old one. This item was ideal - light to carry and easy to open and close. As far as other comments are concerned - particularly about it skidding around on the floor - the easy answer is to do your ironing on a carpeted floor, then it's no problem!

dont buy this item!

Not the most sturdy
