This powerful mixed Red & Blue LED Grow light board has been scientifically designed to provide even blending of red and blue LED's which eliminates the time consuming task of repositioning separate coloured lighting. As little as 14 to 16 hours use per day is all that is needed for maximum plant health with this wave blended lighting system. This allows distances of 150mm and less between the LED's and the plants accelerating photosynthesis. Red and Blue wavelengths are for growing and flowering of plants. These LED's turn on instantly and can be turned on by hand each day and work well with all domestic digital or analogue timers. The design of this new all in one Full Spectrum plant lighting panel allows maximum level photosynthesis food production, growth and flowering all in one.

first thoughts on this item:
delivery took one week appox, your gonna need like 2 or 3 of these just for a couple of plants these panels are very small i dont think they worth the money ether should of been cheaper
UPDATE REVIEW:
well after a week of using this light on 24/0 i didn't notice much growth in my seedling so i bought another 1 of these lights now i can see a change in growth the seedling is just starting to produce its first leaves :)
the seedling seems ok its growing but HPS systems are much faster for growing however the beauty of LED is that there's very little heat (barley noticeable) there's no noise at all.
the light it gives off is a beautiful purple color, its safe to leave on 24-7 perfect for vegging stage dunno if its any good for adult plants but we shall see
i actually have 3 of these lights now, your best off doing the same buy a few of them if your gonna buy LED lights.
NRS Ltd sold me one light panel (including hanging kit) on here THIS ITEM, i got the other 2 on a different site which is bascally identical to the one i bought off here
AND SELLERS/MANUFACTURERS PLEASE SELL THESE FOR A CHEAPER PRICE OR MAKE THEM LONGER IN SIZE EVERYBODY GONNA NEED A FEW OF THESE ONE JUST ISN'T ENOUGH NO MATTER HOW WHAT PLANT YOU GROW THEY NEED TO BE BIGGER AT LEAST (2x small for £30 or 1x large for £35-£40 would be a better deal)

comparing HPS400w to these LED's
so far my plant seems a lot better health wise under LED than my last plants it had under HPS my seedling is no where near as stretched as they were under HPS there's still no heat issue lights are on 24/0 my seedling has grown its first lot of leaf's it seems fatter than the HPS plants i had i'm starting to have high hopes for LED

well a few months on now and now i regret scoring 4 star review, its pretty crap if you ask me i have 3 of these and after about 1 month things stated going down hill the plant i still have started to die so i put it back under HPS and its growing fine again, if your gonna buy these make sure your only getting these for additional light or just for seedlings i.e very young plants its ideal for baby plants but not good en enough for pre-mature adult plants

I've grown chillies for many years, but getting them started early enough has always been a battle. They end up being too leggy normally due to the lack of light. Hopefully this will help to solve that problem and give me a head start.
So far all I can really say is that the item is reasonably well constructed and works! I'll update this review later in the season.
