If you feel as though your life is heading in the wrong direction, this book will help to give you a kick-start back to the path you want to follow.

It's not complicated, although there's plenty of theory to read if you're interested. The main thing is that it gives you a clear and simple structure to follow, making it easy to *act* rather than just read, think "that might be a good idea" and move on. There are plenty of self-help/ personal development books out there, many of them are rather deeper than this one, and lots are more esoteric... but few are better at getting you to actually sit up and *do* what you're reading about.

Enjoy it!

I found this book to be poorly written and very disappointing. It offers nothing new in the coaching area and shows a lack of creativity on the part of the author. There is no logical thread to link the various chapters together and the result, I found to be somewhat confusing.

Needs total dedication and attention
This book requires the reader to complete check lists. Doesn't hold the readers attention enough as you are constantly back reading. Therefore it is easy to lose concentration.
