Plug and play on windows xp 10 Nov 2010

Having read another review here I thought I ought to comment. Running Windows XP sp2 and this worked without any hitch immediately on connection and following the very simple steps in the guide. Also comes with a manual on cd and also some drivers though haven't needed to use the CD. This was cheapest monitor giving 1920 x 1080 resolution I could find. Image looks OK to me but I'll stick to my CRT monitor for processing images.

I have a few of these monitors, and each has been great!

No dead pixels, beautiful picture and they look smart too. Please do bear in mind that we use them for internet browsing, MS Office task and so on - no gaming and no video / photo editing.

Not sure what another reviewer here is on about - too technical. I just plugged the monitors into the computers (using the VGA cable supplied) and power (using the kettle lead supplied) and used them!

The monitor works fine and the picture quality is good. All you have to do is plug it in - but....
It comes with an old VGA type lead, and many modern computers do not have a VGA output so you will probably need to buy an inexpensive DVI to VGA adapter so that you can plug the provided lead into your computer.

WARNING -IMAGES WRONG D-sub only

We warned the images are WRONG, this unit only has D-sub connector so beware, the tech spec is cotrrect but folk do not always llok at that, I didn't
