We bought this system after wanting a 5.1 sound system for our living room, predominantly to use it with a PS3 (playstation 3). At £180 you get a great looking system with 2 tall speakers, a small centre, 2 small rears and a subwoofer. The system came with ample amount of wiring and was easy enough to assemble with all the wires colour coordinated. I bought an optical cable for sound quality and you would need an hdmi cable if you were to use the dvd player.
Sound is fantastic with action movies, PS3 games are made much more playable and listening to music is a simply tremendous, definatley worth the money!!

The 850w system delivers fantastic sound power and quality. Very easy to set up, about 20 minutes max. I bought an optical cable from amazon basics, around £1.50 and have connected the cable from the DVD player to my television. All sound which would have normally come out of the TV speakers comes out of the lg sound system, including my PS3. I am yet to go above 70% of the total sound potential as it feels like my house is about to fall down! I use it as a hifi system at university and It certainly shock people when they first hear it! Amazing value for money!

It is a nice and good looking home cinema system, Easy to set up and within 15-20 min you are ready to go with ur surround sound system.Nice and easy manual , The wires you will need are hdmi cable for connecting to tv and an optical or aux lead.
Speakers are really good,specially 2 tall boy speakers.Sounds wonderful and responsive with the punchy bass and 5.1 surround.(i would recommend bass audio setting)
You have the option to select or adjust many audio settings available from simple eq pre-programmed options accoding to ur mood or music.
It also has separate eq functions that become available when playing CDs or mp3, and manual volume settings for each individual speaker.
Also has plenty of outputs and inputs , scart, hdmi, usb, optical, aux etc meaning I can also use for my iPhone/ipod/laptop etc.
You will fall in love with this system n its sound,n i reckon if u have LG TV then it would certainly be a best choice.

Very Good!
Arrived the next day! Excellent sound great looking well built, only thing is a noticable delay from tv to system so need to link up with HDMI.
