This is (was, as it's discontinued) the last SDTV projector powered by a 200 lumen LED source with HDMI. Probably the best way to enjoy your good old DVDs and other non-HD material, while the HDTV performance is also decent.
Given a longer distance, it can project up to more than 100", quite much beyond the specs! The resolution is relatively low (800x600) but this doesn't show at all. You could swear that it's 720p, while actual 720p would make SD signals look odd and blurry due to the upscaling. Brightness feels also above 200 lumen.
This projector should last for a lifetime, as 30,000 hours are enough for viewing about 20,000 120 minute movies! None would watch so many movies, it would drive you insane... and if you did, it would be well worth the £350 you paid ages ago!
It also looks lovely, it comes with a high quality carrying case, a handy remote control and every cable you'll need apart from a UK mains adaptor which you can obviously find in a pound shop.
I mainly watch anime and cartoons (vintage and modern) and I assure you, it's the best way to watch them on a big screen. Anything beyond its resolution makes old material look bad, while all other projectors with this resolution are either dim or clearly show blocky pixels.
Standard definition material and animation fans, this is your only choice... I guess you can find it somewhere online now that it's gone.
