Plumbing Free! Install Anywhere! Our plumbing free fridges have self sufficient plumbing systems - not only can you install your fridge anywhere with a plug socket, but there are no unsightly hoses and no need to replace the filter. Just fill the fitted container with fresh water to generate crisp water and ice.
The Ice and Water Dispenser is extra tall at 30.5cm. With an easy-access water tap, slide-out pitcher rest, and dual water activation, this dispenser makes it easy to fill containers of all shapes and sizes with filtered ice and water.
At LG, we pride ourselves on thinking outside the box - the icebox, that is. Unlike conventional refrigerators where the ice maker is inside the freezer, we relocated ours to the door, and in doing so, increased freezer space by 10% and created 2 extra storage shelves.
Conventional storage drawers are notorious for enabling moisture build-up, so LG created a unique, lattice-type sheet called a Moisture Balance Crisper that prevents moisture accumulation by maintaining it at a constant, optimum level. We also placed vents on every shelf to distribute air more evenly, all ensuring fruits and vegetables stay fresh longer.

We really love this fridge/freezer. It looks good and we're all drinking a lot more water. Haven't got any negative points so far. The amazon price was vastly lower than any other we saw. We have used amazon frequently before but was nervous with such a big item. The service was fast and to the usual amazon high standard and the home delivery network were excellent.

I cant recommend this product enough. Its great with the no figertips marks its stylish and compact and surprisingly holds more than i anticipated. The fact that it does not have a water supply but still have all the functions of having a tap and ice is a brilliant invention.

We bought this over 7 months ago but I waited, as I usually do, to test the medium term reliability of a white goods item.
This LG fridge has been fantastic. The ice making function, without the need for plumbing, is the ace. I didn't want to have to plumb it in if my wife decided to relocate it, and it's just one of those items that works exactly as it should do once you've removed the (ample) packaging.
The delivery guys weren't very happy about having to bring it into the house, complaining that they weren't meant to for some reason - but a little gentle persuasion from the carpet fitters that were at our house at the time did the trick. They helped them.
The finish is nice, the controls work well (for touch controls) and all in all I'd probably say it's one of the best appliance purchases we've ever made. Highly recommended.

First and last LG for me.
