An excellent phone which at frist took some getting used to, but nice clear menus with a crisp display, plugged in the phone and it charged very quickly.

Let's put it this way - I've just lobbed mine out of the window. I've NEVER experienced such an awkward phone to use. Really hard to navigate around. Not user friendly at all. I make a lot of calls where I have to type in numbers during the call (don't we all now days, with all the automated answering services) and it's a nightmare to navigate quickly from the black screen (it times out so darn quickly - even with the settings adjusted) to where the key pad is displayed again. By the time you've got where you want to be and pressed the correct digit, then listened to the next instruction - the flaming screen's gone black again. Drives me nuts. Sending texts too, is just as awkward. I actually avoid using the phone.
Additionally, I find the touch screen unresponsive (mind you, I am used to an iPod Touch superb response) and the whole menu system awkward and 'over busy'.
Nah, dont rate this phone one bit.
And one small note, it isn't possible to unlock this model phone from the Tesco network using a IMEI generated code. Don't be lulled by the promises of the online 'Unlock' companies. :)
