The anything but basic "Basic" refrigerator. This LG fridge/freezer provides maximum features whilst taking up minimal floor space. Every design feature and technical spec ensures your food will taste fresher and last longer.

Conventional storage drawers are notorious for enabling moisture build-up, so LG created a unique lattice-type sheet called a Moisture Balance Crisper that prevents moisture accumulation by maintaining it at a constant, optimum level. We also placed vents on every shelf to distribute air more evenly. The fruits of our labour are fruits and vegetables that stay fresh longer.

Thanks to our proprietary LG No Frost technology, the inside of this refrigerator will remain ice-free, condensation-free and odour-free, as well as being easy to clean. And, because the refrigerator isn't working harder to compensate, it saves you money on your energy bills.

The door gasket on this fridge is treated with an anti-microbial agent, preventing mould growth which could distort and stain the seal.

We have found this fridge/freezer very noisy and, despite turning fridge setting to 1, still find it too cold for cucumbers in the salad drawer. The motor runs for half an hour and then stops for half an hour so I'm a bit anxious to see what effect this will have on the electric bill. On the plus side, there is no nasty wet running down the back of the fridge as we have had with other fridges and being frost free the freezer is excellent, although the drawers are not very big. If we had had the benefit of other people's opinions I'm sure we would not have purchased this fridge/freezer and should have taken longer to read up on the product. Sadly we paid much more than the Amazon price!
