Good Looks. it looks the part, elegant, simple design.
o The operation of the stereo is SIMPLE, and its something i liked. The front panel has some white illuminated buttons that appear when turned on, very neat and elegant. If turned off, you'll see the plain silver face. No more clutter or ugly buttons. Very elegant and simple execution.
o It reads USB memory, reads it fast and you'll be playing your tunes quickly. The displays looks very good, dot matrix white colored.
o The top CD player is at the top, neat, but i suspect after a while it will take dust because is facing up... anyway, many people doesn't use CDs much anymore.
o The top Ipod connection its about simplicity, pop it on the connector and it will work flawlessly.
o It has an additiona AUX input, in case you have another Mp3 Player or connecting the PC, TV or something else.
o The EQ is simple. one button switches between presets.
o As sound quality. Well, the speakers look very good, but the inherent elegant design of the sleek speaker cones is not audiophile oriented. The only thing I didn't like is the bass. I didn't expect to blast the room, i know its an small appliance, but the subwoofers located a the sides of the speakers sound hollow and uneven. There's no point on having them if they dont give any real advantage. IF the enclosures had normal looking speakers, the thing would sound better instantly. Its a trade off, if you like the looks, its ok, but if you want something a little better sounding and don't matters how it looks, get another one.
If you're a person that likes the looks, it would sound good to you.
I bought it for my girlfriend, she likes simplicity and looks. This is a gift she will like, im sure.
