This product arrived within the specified timescale and well packaged......however when i opened the package and took out the battery i took one look and said to myself 'this isn't a genuine battery'.......the outside appearance was of a chinese copy but on closer inspection i took off the clingfilm wrap which also took off the 'chinese' label i then discovered the original LG markings hidden underneath.....so if you do order this product don't be fooled by the apparent cheap copy appearance, take off the clingfilm wrap and the labelling and you will discover the original markings hidden underneath.
The battery is as i say an original LG product and serves its purpose very well, just don't forget to give it a good charge before use, after several full charges it then retains a longer life before charging is next required..... i would reccomend this battery to anyone wishing to replace their battery with an original product.

Battery delivered was a fake and looked nothing like the product image displayed on the page. Contacted seller and they claimed that they were not the ones responsible for the battery image on the product page. We agreed to return the product for a refund, but 4 weeks later they completely stopped responding. When trying to find out the progress of the refund they claimed nothing had been received even though I had proof of postage.
Finally got my refund after threatening with action by Trading Standards.
Do not buy from here unless you want a fake.

While many other people say they got the right deal, the one I received was not the original; It was clearly a cheap copy - from the cell to the labels. It still works fine and probably it's worth the money but since you're supposed to get the original one with this amount of money you should be careful; maybe ask the seller to make sure you're buying the real thing. Since this battery was in a listing with GENUINE written in capital letters, I did expect some honesty.

replacement battery
