This GPRS enabled phone from LG provides fast internet access for allowing you to spend less time waiting to download games and ringtones and more time talking to your friends and colleagues (network operator dependent).
They do say that a picture can say a thousand words; the 65,000 colour screen with a resolution of 128x128 displays images as they were meant to be seen. New and exciting pictures and wallpapers can also be downloaded from the from the wowlg website.
The C1100 also offers Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS); this is the latest in messaging technology that allows images, audio and video to be sent with text to other mobile phones allowing precious moments and experiences to be shared immediately with friends and family (network operator dependent).
Make your phone standout from the crowd with a high-quality 16-note polyphonic ringtone. This means that up to 16 notes to be played simultaneously providing improved sounds and personalised ringtones that will be easily recognisable.
Keep track of your friends and family with caller grouping. The phone allows you to identify up to 7 caller groups, with up to 20 members for each group, and assign them unique ringtones and icons. This means you can tell whether it's work or play. The C1100 is WAP2.0 enabled; giving you access to internet-based content and services such as games, ringtones, news, stocks and shares, etc. on the move without a laptop (network operator dependent)

This LG phone works well, looks good and is very, very small. The menu system is very well designed- based on the samsung menu, which works well and is quick to use. In fact, LG seemed to just have borrowed the best bits from other makes and incoperated them into their own "super phone". When you open it your greeted with a good size, clear, colour screen.The keypad is also based on a samsung - with the 4 directional scroll key, however insted of having a under-used I (internet) key it's replaced with a convient menu / ok button. Over all the phone works well and has a good battery life - around 6-7days. My only complaint would be the absence of an external screen so you do not know if you have a message or a missed call until you open it - however there is a large mirror with a LCD which flashes occasionaly to tell you the phone's alive!

This is quite a good phone and hold 250 messages and is perfect for your first phone like it was for me!
