fantastic product, easy to set up and all speakers colour coded , the sound is amazing, it goes up to 40 when u select the increase , i have never had above 14 as its so powerful. picture clarity is amazing and clear , and the apps are fantastic, netflix, love film, bbc i player etc is great, wish it was wifi instead of ethernet but just a minor flaw , highly recommended.

This I the first sound system I have purchased. After a lot of deliberating, I decided to go for this system as it offered by far the best specs for the price. I was not disappointed. The sound is sharp, powerful, clear, and not overwhelmingly bassy (Can be if you want). The LG system is competent and easy to use and set up. The player is fabulous and the cables were not particularly obtrusive. Overall, for an entry level system, even for a medium level system, this is an incredible set and I would recommend it to anyone considering the purchase.
My one issue, and this is minor, but it annoyed me to the point where I felt a need to dock a star, was the lack of an HDMI cable out of the box. This really was a pain to me, and made little sense, since the box ships with a very capable 3D blu ray player. Why would you ship a high def 3d capable machine without the cables to support it?
Other than that, extremely satisfied. The cable was the only chink in an otherwise faultless set of armour.

After returning a phillips system because of a grainy picture i decided to match up this system with my lg tv and im glad i did. Controllers and devices link up to make use much more straight forward. The picture is very sharp also the sound is very clear and powerful but without any distortion, the smart features are great too. With only one optical and one hdmi port i think lg could have added one more port for a console but for the money i cant really moan beause this system really is a classy performer indeed. Very pleased.
