After researching a number of Blu-Ray players I was originally going to get the LG BD370 but it was sold out everywhere and so being slightly impatient I plumped for the BD 350 instead - and I'm glad I did. The picture and sound quality is excellent, it loads quickly and is nice and quiet. The USB slot is also great as I can plug in my 250GB harddrive and play all my stored films and TV series. The BD 350 has played every BR disc I've tried without problem and the load times are very good.

Awful. Mine lasted one year before refusing to play selected Blu Ray discs for no particular reason. Trouble started as soon as I got it out of the box. Picture quality was poor so I had to spend a lot of time messing around with my LG TV settings to get a picture that was light enough. Then, many errors reading both blu ray and DVDs. Updated firmware, returned it to factory settings but to no avail. Hours and hours wasted trying to get it sorted until I binned it and got a player that works perfectly

I would like to first say that this is an excellent player nice and slim looks great next to my Lg tv had mine xmas but one thing i have found out lately is
firmware problems.For example mine will not play Tron Legacy or Avatar come to think of it it will not play any blu ray made this year that i have tried on it,which i am disappointed about
