First I would like to get one thing out of the way... delivery!!
What a mess, first off.. Amazon confirmed my purchase with the rudimentary email explaining that all was well and that I would expect a phone call from the delivery team i.e, HDNL 48hrs later
Well 48hrs passed and no phone call... 5 days later and STILL no phone call. Well immediately on the 6th day I contact Amazon to find out why I have no phone call and at the sasme time try track my monster TV, which by the way just sat in its first depot from day 2.
Straight after my contact with Amazon my order jumps less than 40 mins drive north. Now to save anymore writing, I made many phone calls to many parts of the country at my expence, and believe it or not.. changed delivery company twice. My order went north without any check-ins to depots since the "Technology" wasn't there!! but arrived safe and without dead pixles.
Well the panel it's self is beautiful, very clear and full of quality. What struck with me the most was the complete lack of image retention IR, many Plasma screens suffer from this and my last one did every time I watched a movie or had some Sky channel on, but this has never shown me anything to cause concern. As for Blu-Ray, its near perfection and Avatar just looks even better on this size.
There is a vast array of options to customise your every need and options to cater for your fiddling fingers.
The THX setting for dark and light room environments is why I bought this bad boy.. plus, if you really want to, can adjust your own in-depth settings on expert mode.
Now for you gamers out there, game mode just opens the experience even more and IR has not once shown on my panel. As far as screen judder or motion blur... nope, and ghosting and lag.. none.
No line bleeding or any defective elements either, I haven't even made any efforts to break the screen in with slides or the built in screen cleaning and breaking in functions.
Dont have any complaints about this TV, great connectivity for all your media needs but no Bluetooth. Has a basic but clean remote with everything labled and quick function buttons.
I would recommend this to anyone who loves movies, games and tv. It delivers on all its promises and makes a great focal point in any room, great slim design with its razor edge and touch sensitive buttons on the front of the panel, not to forget its eco-friendly power consumption settings to save on bills.
If your looking to buy big, for great features and design. Then do yourself a favour, look at buying this.. I can forget the trouble of the delivery when I see this puppy blasting out Blu-Rays.

All in all this tv is goodb a buy, the size is incredible, it has good options and menu system on the remote control. It has a touch screen panel and lots of connection options at the rear and the side. The manual was pretty rubbish mind....didnt even say what VGA resolution the tv can handle. The one thing that I did find is that the picture quality is not very good. The colours are washed out and the polygon edges on games are jagged. Blue rays and HD TV transissions aernt as good either. I had a 42 inch phillips 1080i plasma before this one and the picture quality was suberb, really crisp, really sharp...this however is more like an LCD TV and however much you fiddle with the display options theres nothing u can do to improve the picture quality.

GOT THIS TV ABOUT A MONTH AGO. READ ABOUT A GUY WHO HAD PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY BUT NO SUCH PROBLEMS FOR ME. IT CAME QUICKLY AND ON TIME.
