I have been the owner of this television for about 2 months now, and have got to know it quite well.
The Good points:
-This TV has got absolutely great picture, I am yet to find someone else with a TV that is better, everything looks truly amazing, I have even bought a large number of blu ray documentaries, just to watch all the fantastic scenery on it.
-USB port, this is something I would not have asked for on a TV, but now that I have it I dont know how I lived without it, It can play all the usual video formats, but more interestingly it can play MKV files, which when connected via optical to a AV receiver, can play Dolby Digital sound tracks in 5.1. No DTS through its own optical though unfortunately.
-Extensive settings, you can adjust just about everything that will allow you to have the picture set exactly as you would like.
-Ambient light sensor, called "intelligent sensor" on the TV, will adjust screen brightness by monitoring how bright the room is. Even for a person who doesn't really think much about saving energy, I tend to use it quite a lot, it makes you think, while sitting in a room, I can be saving 35% of the electricity just by watching it with the screen slightly dimmer.
The Bad points
-This is a big one, I even had the TV replaced because of it for another one, but it Buzzes, very loudly, on high contrast images, A technician came out to look at my previous one and agreed it shouldnt have been that loud, but my next and current one is the exact same, its not noticeable when I have my many hundreds of watts of home cinema on, but at night listening to its built in speakers it is very very noticeable.
-The menus are a bit sluggish sometimes.
All in all its a fantastic TV, just the buzzing that I dont like, connectivity wise its not great, with only 2 HDMI ports, and the only sound output from it is by optical, which is fine if you have a av reciever, but the majority of older cinema in a box systems or hi fi's do not have this input.
It is fantastically thin, not LED thin, but its as close as I've seen in a plasma TV.
