this replaced a sharp which was scrapped by warranty company as an uneconomical repair only 14 mths old. so far working well. easy set up and good picture, sound good but not much difference between different modes. ie. max, standard, music etc.although havent tried with dvd player yet.on screen menus good but handbook poor and pigeon english, main details are on a cd rom, so if you dont have computer you're scuppered. analogue tele text stretched and does not have functions of other sets eg. enlarge or split/ see through but will survive.no main off switch and stand very large so check it will fit your table. operations seem quicker than the sharp.overall very pleased with it ,just hope it lasts longer than the last.
