Amazing! I bought this set as a TV, not interested in things like games or Blueray. The set up was very easy, the sound is excellent, the depth of focus is very good and I am impressed. I have not yet got around to fiddling with it yet as, at the moment, I am just happy watching it.

Bought this TV from Hughes Direct through Amazon - delivered super fast and with us 2 days after ordering.
On first impression this TV looks beautiful, is sleek and well designed.
The setup is easy but the picture settings take some fiddling with to be got right - the preset setting will either burn your eyeballs out or be so dim you can see what is going on.
Dont get caught out by the Intelligent sensor which is meant to adjust the screen brightness to your surroundings...but its always so gloomy and dark when it kicks in that youre better of leaving it off.
Sound is superb and the various settings all sound great
My only gripe is that my P2 looks worse on this that my 'normal TV' as I just cant get the picture settings right and also DVDs take some tweaking; despite the good contrast rating and all the possible setting - Batman Begins & Dark Knight are impossibly dark and you cant see whats going on even on the brightest setting, DVDs without much darkness seem fine though.
I would recommend this TV to anybody who wants a nice HD Ready TV on a modest budget - dont expect miracles and be prepared to put a bit of tweaking in and youve got yourself a decent TV

Bought this TV as recommended by my brother in law. We've had it for a few months now and can only say that it has never dissappointed. Read that the sound quality is poor at times, but, ignoring the fact that I'm not an audio-engineer, we've discerned no problems whatsoever, and conversly found the sound to be very good, with excellent range and quality (on DVDs, TV, Xbox etc.).
The picture quality is fab - I am a perfectionist, and if there was a problem, I'd have sniffed it out by now. Genuinely glad we bought this model, and will def buy LG going forwards.

NOT FULL HD ---- Beware!!!
This TV is only HD Ready which means that the display is 1366 * 768 resolution so has to down scale Blu-Ray. Read more
